Project Overview

Between March 2015 and June 2016, The Trusted Games Consultancy collaborated with The HEINEKEN Company on a critical SAP SCM project. Based in Edinburgh, United Kingdom, the project focused on integrating a Trade Promotion Management tool with SAP APO, upgrading operating systems, and optimizing business processes.

Project Objectives

  1. Tool Integration: Designed and implemented the integration of the Trade Promotion Management tool (SM1) with SAP APO DP (Demand Planning), enhancing promotional planning and execution capabilities.
  2. Raw Material Planning: Developed planning processes for cider raw materials within SAP APO, optimizing inventory and production scheduling.
  3. Operating System Upgrade: Successfully managed the upgrade from Unix to Linux from an APO functional perspective, ensuring minimal disruption and improved system performance.
  4. Business Process Mapping: Mapped and refined business processes related to production planning within SAP APO, enhancing operational efficiency.
  5. CIF Configuration: Configured Core Interface (CIF) for seamless data exchange between SAP systems, including modeling master and transactional data.
  6. Subcontracting Process: Improved subcontracting processes, integrating them into the broader SAP SCM framework to streamline operations.
